The curvilinear façade that surrounds the building consists entirely of glass.
Thus, almost all floors benefit from direct sunlight. This approach is extremely functional, especially for the office building with a total of 9 floors, 2 of which are underground. Likewise, the area where the city council building is located is in the form of a sheltered inner courtyard/gallery that receives full daylight. Areas that do not need to receive light, such as the 7-storey car park and the one-floor technical volumes building on both sides of the building, have been solved underground.
